Following the revised Government Guidance announced 23rd Sep 2020, the MMRFC Exec Committee wish to advise all Club members, guests and visitors to the club, with regards to the changes that we are required to make when operating the Club Premises.
- All staff will now wear Face Coverings when on duty
- All customers must sanitise their hands on entry to the club house and will be required to sign in using either the NHS Covid app or manually in the visitors book at the entrance to the bar. NHS Covid QR codes are displayed around the club house and on tables
- All customers are now required to wear face coverings when entering the Club Premises and until they are seated at their table.
- Should anyone get up from the table either to leave the premises or to use the toilet facilities then they will be required to once again, wear face coverings.
- We are now only able to offer Table service and there will be no drinks served over the bar direct to anyone. There will be no loitering at the bar.
- The limit of 6 per table (this includes all under 18s) is to continue and this will be enforced. Anyone that do not comply will be asked initially to do so and if they are non-compliant will be politely asked to leave the premises. There are now hefty fines that can be imposed on both the Club and Individuals.
- Last orders will be at 9.30pm and the premises needs to be closed at 10.00pm.
Please remember these are not impositions that are being applied by The Executive but are by the Government and we all need to comply so that we can get back to some kind of normality soon.
Everyone has a personal responsibility to themselves and fellow visitors so please encourage everybody to follow these with effect from today
Please stay alert and stay safe and use all of the sanitisation and social distancing that we have in existence to keep everybody safe.
Kind Regards
Phil
Chairman
MMRFC
